Dear readers, | ||
Dear readers, At this time of the nature`s revival, springtime, we send our best salutations to you all and wish you all the best in your sincere efforts to be and do better and better each day both in your personal lives and in the services you render to other human beings. For sure, the striking revival of the nature should serve to remind us of a very significant fact of life – life after death. In a hadith from the greatest reviver of humanity – Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) we read: “Upon observing the advent of spring(s), remember the resurrection day.” Certainly, to every person of knowledge and understanding, this hadith serves among others, as a reminder and awakening to the fact that one should mind all his/her thoughts, words and deeds in this world, because there will be the day of judgment – the Resurrection when all of us will be called to account for our (worldly) actions. Which will be judged by Allah – the Best Judge and that our eternal lives will be decided by Allah on that most Fateful Day – paradise for the faithful – the doers of good, and the benevolent and hell for the infidel and the evil – doers. Obviously such knowledge and heedfulness illuminate the hearts and minds of the faithful, leading them to strive towards leading lives of piety and virtue in obedience to Allah’s commands and following in the footsteps of His Messengers (AS) all of whom have preached peace, piety, love and care for one’s fellow human beings, justice, fairness, benevolence, charity, seeking and offering knowledge, avoidance of doing harm to the others, struggling for justice and in defence of the oppressed against the oppressors, and all other virtues and pious deeds. And it is really a pity that in spite of having had many Divine teachers and brilliant role-models. The world of humanity is still entangled in wars, conflicts and disputes bringing ruin and hardships to the lives of many human beings who otherwise would enjoy peace and prosperity. So it is high time for the world truth-loving people, awakened to the facts Divine Prophets (AS) have presented and clarified so benevolently and endeavour to revive their souls with the light of Divine teachings. So as to be able to remove the root- causes of so many miseries facing today’s humanity, i.e., to remove discords and disunity and to unite their hearts and words, no matter how much their unity and solidarity might displease the enemies of Allah – the same people who desire cold winters to replace nice springs for Allah’s creatures. We wish a happy refreshing and reviving for you all and pray for the unity of Allah loves servants the world over. M. Salimi
