Dear readers, addressing a great gathering of distinguished Muslim intellectuals, the leader of Islamic Revolution of Iran, Ayatullah Sayyed Ali Khamenei elaborated on various points regarding the world Islamic awakening  movements and illuminated the minds of the listeners by presenting certain facts the knowledge of which is certainly required by every truth-seeking Muslim and indeed by every truth-seeking human being of  whatever religion she/he might be.  In that speech Ayatullah Khamenei strongly stressed the fact that such names or titles as “the Arab spring” given to today’s Islamic awakening movements are the work of those who aim at diverting those movements from their Islamic path and making believe that those movements are based on secular trends and non-Islamic objectives. Likewise, the esteemed leader stressed the need for unity among Muslims the world over and emphasized that the world-devouring imperialists are now, more than ever before trying to create discord among the Muslims, through various tricks including sowing the seeds of dispersion among the followers of Islamic sects in order to rob them of their power.The leader of Islamic Revolution of Iran stressed as before that the Shi’a and Sunnis are brothers in Islam and should be united.

Obviously, these highly precious advices and guidelines should be taken by all Muslim sisters and brothers who no doubt, hate the ominous domination of the world bullies and colonialists and who long for honourable lives for not only the world Muslims, but for all other human beings the world over.

As a matter fact each moment of our lives if used for right goals can be of great benefit for both ourselves, and for humanity as a whole. This is true particularly in today’s world where nations are facing fateful events and where even the least bit of indifference or slackness on our part can result in severe loses, failures and regrets. Imam Ali(AS) also, has warned the Muslims against dispersion on various occasions and with numerous admonitions including: “Avoid disunity, otherwise you will lose your power.”   May Allah guide us all.
